The Fairy House: Welcome Home

Located in a Poitevin village, this independent cottage accommodates up to 8 guests and is just a 30-minute drive from Futuroscope. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan kitchen with full equipment, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a washing machine, and a living room with a wood stove and dining area. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (160x200 beds), one bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200), and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue to make the most of sunny days. You also have access to the garden, a pétanque court, and a 10 x 4 m heated pool (open May to September). The pool is shared with my family if present; time slots for pool use will be arranged upon your arrival. Two coffee makers are available: filter and Nescafé. The cottage is surrounded by nature, with a bakery, café, post office, and children’s playground nearby. Other shops are 4 km away, with a weekly market on Saturday mornings. Frances will welcome you and provide information about local events and places to visit to make your stay in the Vienne region enjoyable and relaxing. The cottage has been awarded a 3-star rating by Tourisme-Vienne.
